Jim received his MBA from Arizona State University and it is estimated that less than 1% of all Realtors have an advanced college degree. His MBA gives him a depth of understanding for the financial implications involved in many real estate transactions. Jim is an avid golfer and Grayhawk is his home course. Jim is also on the Advisory board for St. Vincent de Paul and makes a contribution from every closing to the organization that helps to feed, clothe, house and heal the less fortunate in the Phoenix area.
