Paul Andrews joined KW Commercial to further assist owners and buyers in the sale of net-leased, medical office, surgery center and dialysis center investments. Paul’s quarter century of transactional experience in the commercial real estate industry totals over $700,000,000 in volume consideration. His prior lease and sales transactions include single tenant investments, medical & corporate offices, multi-family, industrial, R&D, bio-life science, retail assets and even a 1,200 acre cattle ranch acquisition.

During his tenure, Paul has accomplished numerous top-producer milestones in positions at notable firms such as Coldwell Banker Commercial, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield and Cresa Global and experience as a corporate portfolio executive at Healthcare Trust of America, a publicly traded, medical office REIT. Mr. Andrews has been quoted as a market expert in numerous publications such as the San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Phoenix Business Journals, Costar.com, AZRE Magazine and published articles for the Arizona School of Real Estate. Paul has also held volunteer board member positions and assisted with multiple charitable organizations in the Metro-Phoenix and the San Francisco Bay Areas. Paul, his wife and two boys reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
